Order Placement & Deposit

When placing an order for plantation shutters, a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. This deposit secures your order and initiates the manufacturing process. On fitment of your shutters final payment must be made on the day of installation. 

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for your plantation shutters is between 6 to 12 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules and other factors beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the deposit becomes non-refundable after a period of 48 hours. This policy is in place to cover the costs incurred in the manufacturing process and to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our customers.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to your order must be communicated within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated due to the manufacturing process already being initiated

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours of placing it to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to providing high-quality plantation shutters. Each product is thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please let us know at time of placing your order.  

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
